Noah, founder of SALON RO5, has an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Arizona State University, Graduate work at UC Irvine and studied Cosmetology at Penrose Academy.
He is a L’Oreal Expert Network Certified Colorist and Certified Balayage Artist. He’s also studied razor cutting, styling and Business Immersion at the Bumble and bumble University in New York as well as Business Immersion with R+Co.
He has a passion for the visual and performing arts, travel, literature, fitness and is an award-winning visual multimedia artist.
