48-72 HOUR CANCELATION / NO SHOW POLICY

To secure an appointment all new clients require a credit card on file.

We recognize that life can be unpredictable and we encourage you to calendar your appointments with us.  We also offer a courtesy confirmation call, text, or email 48-72 hours before your scheduled appointment.  Please make sure to not unsubscribe from ours or any company's SQUARE texting services if you wish to receive our appointment reminders.

PLEASE NOTE: We value yours and our stylists’ time therefore, our policy requires a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any haircut appointment and a 72 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any color service.  Your stylist may choose to work with you should a last minute contingency arise that prevents you from attending your appointment, however, in the event you do not contact us or no-show for your appointment there will be a charge of 50% for the service. For repeat no-shows, we retain the right to charge the full amount for the services booked as well as a requirement to pre-pay for any future appointment. We also retain the right to refuse future appointments to those who no-show or cancel repeatedly.
WHAT TO EXPECT  THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

​Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service and enjoy our complimentary beverage amenities.  Call or text t us if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are excessively late, keep in mind we may have to reschedule your appointment.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.

SALON RO5 offers free parking in the Gold Spot Garage behind our building.  For Directions, click the links at the bottom of any page to access Apple Maps or Google Maps address and direction information. 
RO5 REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM 

EARNING:  We love to reward our Clients and once enrolled, you can earn RO5 Rewards with each visit and dollar spent!  We invite you to earn 1 RO5 Reward for every $35 spent in a single transaction.  All Services, Treatments and Retail Purchases are eligible for earning RO5 Rewards.  

REDEEMING: When you accumulate at least 5 RO5 Rewards, you can start redeeming for savings on Retail Items across all of our brands.  RO5 Rewards expire after 12 months, and can be used in increments of 5 RO5 Rewards for $5 in Savings or 10 RO5 Rewards for $10 in Savings on any single Retail item. 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash and proudly use SQUARE to accept Apple Pay, GooglePay, Samsung Pay, Cash App Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Credit, Debit and SALON RO5 Gift Cards.  
APPOINTMENT REMINDER

​SALON RO5 uses the Square Appointment system with auto-texting to confirm and remind you of your appointment.  Please add our text messaging number to your contacts: (833) 200-0117.  Texting messaging can also be started from you by calling (833) 200-0117 and selecting Option 2.   Please make sure to not unsubscribe from ours or any company's SQUARE texting services if you wish to receive our appointment reminders.
