CANCELLATIONSShould a cancellation or an appointment date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any haircut and 72 hours notice for any color service.
Please note we will ask new clients to place a credit card hold in order to secure an appointment. We request 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any haircut and 72 hours for any color appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge in order to reschedule. We understand contingencies happen and our team will work with you if that occurs. However, clients who do not call/do not show for their appointments will be required to pay for their missed service in full before securing a new appointment.
