We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service. GRATUITIESGratuity is left to the discretion of our clients and is a great way to thank your Stylist for an exceptional experience at SALON RO5. Tips may be added onto credit card charges, however, cash is preferred.

CANCELLATIONSShould a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 48-hours notice. First-time clients to the salon should call back to confirm their appointment with the appointment desk the day before their appointment. Multiple missed appointments and/or cancellations may result in a service deposit for future bookings.
METHODS OF PAYMENTWe accept cash and proudly use SQUARE to accept Apple Pay, GooglePay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Credit, Debit and SALON RO5 Gift Cards.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERSALON RO5 will contact you 24-hours+ prior to your scheduled service to remind you of your appointment (unless your service is booked within that 24-hour window).
